Follow these simple steps to participate in the 14th Annual Point Breeze Neighborhood Yard Sale, Saturday, September 20th 2025:

  1. ​Register and pay for the Yard Sale by September 12th*
  2. Pick up a yard sign between September 13th and 19th
  3. Set up your yard sale by 9am on September 20th!
  4. ​Have fun!

* Registering for the yard sale by this date will allow us to include your sale on our printed map and our interactive online Google map. You'll also be able to advertise your hot items for sale. 
​

Be sure to tell your neighbors – the more houses on a street participating, the more traffic you’ll get! 

​Worried you’ll be on the outskirts?  During registration you can opt to set up a table in the Sterrett Middle School parking lot or (NEW for 2025) at St Bede's School 
– a limited number of spots are available.
