WHat is a Registered Community Organization (RCO)?
Registered Community Organizations, or RCO's, are community groups registered with the City of Pittsburgh's Department of Planning to help guide proposed developments in the neighborhoods they serve. RCO's are responsible for hosting public meetings regarding many different types of proposed developments, helping to inform neighbors, and provide useful feedback on proposals.
